Le ministre en charge de l’Économie, Monsieur Jean-Marie OGANDAGA, le ministre d’État en charge de l’Intérieur, Monsieur Lambert Noël MATHA et la ministre de la Justice, Madame Evelyne Antonella NDEMBET Épse DAMAS, ont pris part aux travaux de la plénière statutaire du Groupe d’action contre le blanchiment d’argent en Afrique centrale (GABAC) ce vendredi 4 décembre 2020.
La plénière a validé le rapport de l’étude de typologies sur les risques de blanchiment de capitaux et de financement du terrorisme dans le secteur de l’immobilier en Afrique centrale.
Également, les participants ont examiné et approuvé le projet de règlement portant révision du Règlement n°01/10/CEMAC/UMAC/CM du 02 octobre 2010 portant Organisation et Fonctionnement du GABAC et le projet de Règlement n° 00001/17/GABAC/PLEN du 16 janvier 2017 portant Règlement Intérieur du GABAC.
Par ailleurs, la plénière a statué sur le calendrier révisé des évaluations mutuelles de deuxième cycle des États de la juridiction du GABAC.
